You can place an order by selecting the number of fans and other information on the order form at each fan's page.
If you have a specification that is truly unique and is difficult to fill in the order form,please contact us separately.

We will send you an email with the final confirmation of your order and payment amount, as well as the email address for data submission. We will confirm your order with the email.
If you want to order by bank transfer, please refer to our bank details given on this site. Please note that you cannot change your order after it has been confirmed.

The email will be sent to the email address you entered. There is a possibility that it has been sorted into your spam folder, so please be sure to check it. If you do not receive the email after our next business day, please contact us.

The email address for data submission is included in the email we send you after your order.
Please include your name that you use when you order in the email for data submission.

The last time to confirm payment for the day is at 3:00 p.m.
The shipping date will be decided based on our business calendar.
Keep in mind that there may be weather or courier delays.
We recommend customers choose an earlier shipping date (one or two days) just in case.

If you pay by bank transfer, we will review the printing data immediately on payment confirmation.
If any deficiencies are found in the data, we will contact you immediately. Please amend the data and submit it again.
The shipping date will be calculated from the date of resubmission.
We do not make any amendments to data sent by our customers.
If there is no problem, after reviewing the data, reception is completed and printing will begin.

After confirming the data you've submitted, we'll get started on with printing.
Please note that you will be charged for printing done up until any data amendments.
Your order will be delivered after the specified delivery time.

Receipt
Generally, no receipt will be issued.
We will issue receipts at the time of payment.
